At Doodles, we strive to process and ship your orders within 2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be aware that during high-traffic seasons or special promotions, processing times may take longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Delivery Time
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method chosen and your delivery address. Please note that external factors—such as weather disruptions, customs clearance, or carrier delays—can occasionally affect arrival times. We aim to deliver within 5-10 business days of shipment.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at swolo.store@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been prepared for shipment. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address.
Order Cancellation
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you decide to cancel, you have up to 24 hours after placing your order to submit a cancellation request (unless the order has been shipped out). Simply email us at swolo.store@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly. Please note that cancellations incur a 10% fee due to third-party gateway charges.

We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at the checkout point. If the shipping address provided is not correct, we are not required to refund you.
